Today I just continued on my song as I promised myself to compose one song for her... The progress is 4/5 done.. A little description about this midi.. It has 3 instruments.. Clarinet, Piano and Contrabass.. It is based on a theme by the Chinese pop ballad.. Cai Bu tou.. means unpredictable thoughts in Chinese.. by Singer Ding Dang.. Why I chose to base it on her song because she introduced me to this song.. I quite like the main melody.. which starts off with a piano solo.. so I want to emulate that as well.. Basically, it starts off with the piano melody from the chinese song and the song is in E major.. So after that.. it continues with the clarinet singing the melody.. the piano accompaniment for that part is somewhat similar to Variations on a theme of Norma.. which I drew inspiration from.. then it progresses to the sad minor key of G# minor.. I am still gathering new inspirations for the transition to back to the beginning where it will reinforce the main melody of the Ding Dang song.. And it ends off with a silent piano solo and ends with a E major chord.. I really hope she will like this piece.. as it really demonstrates my hard work.. i just took 2 days.. to complete the bulk of it.. although it is simple but I feel is very meaningful.. it really describes how the progress of my liking for her.. quite dramatic la.. especially with the inclusion of the minor key part.. Just wanna see what is her reaction to that.. A big surprise to her.. but i got a feeling.. prolly she is with that guy already.. more or less together.. :x.. oh well.. at least the completion of the song..makes a good full stop.. no more burden.. wad shi chie say is quite correct.. I really need a backup plan.. but.. I really dunno how..
Other than that.. I went to TIMETABLE builder to check my modules for next semester.. wa sianz.. firstly, the exam dates for CM2101, CM2121, CM2101 are consecutive three days.. omg.. and the schedule too.. all 8am lectures.. Is like a repeat of this YR 2 SEM 1.. super dreadful.. Furthermore.. I seemed to be unable to take any core LSM modules next sem.. either due to CLASHES.. zzz.. LIKE LSM1102.. lecture clash with ORGANIC on thursdays.. not sure if there is webcast for that.. and the other one.. LSM2103.. Cell biology.. requires LSM1102 as a prerequisite on top of LSM1401.. wa lao.. siao liao.. I did consider.. FUNDAMENTAL PHARMCO.. LSM3211.. but it is a level 3 module leis.. quite scary to take it so early.. but of course exam dates are no better.. take together with ORGANIC.. this paper is in the afternoon.. how dreadful.. NEED TO THINK OF A BACK UP PLAN FAST..
I want to do some running as well.. HAVEN been training regularly.. confirm cannot hit the sub 6 hrs category.. and will probably have to kiss my timing goodbye.. oh well.. :/
